Baked fruit with Creme Brulee

Ingredients:


Creme Brulee Ice Cream
2 different fresh plums
1 fresh nectarine
2 tablespoons of brown or white sugar
1 stick of vanilla
2 tablespoons of butter
juice of 1 lemon
A few leaves of mint for decoration

Directions:

1. Wash fruit, cut it in half and remove stones. Larger pieces e.g. nectarines once again cut in half. 
2. Transfer fruit to heatproof dish, sprinkle with sugar, lemon juice and pulp of vanilla. 
3. Add butter, mix and bake in 200 degrees for 10 minutes. 
4. After this time, leave fruit to slightly cool. Transfer portion to the cup or deep serving plate and pour with the sauce which was made during baking fruit. 
5. Put one or two scoops of creme brulee ice cream on top of warm fruit and decorate with mint.
