Buffalo Wings with Avocado Blue Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
For the Wings:
24 wings, split and tips removed
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt and pepper as needed
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup hot sauce, like Franks
For the Dip:
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 avocado from Mexico, halved, pitted and peeled
1 cup crumbled Blue cheese
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup celery leaves
1 tablespoon lime juice

For the Dip:

Directions:
Heat grill between 350° - 400°. Add salt,
pepper, smoked paprika on garlic powder to wings. Toss well to coat with
seasonings and place on hot grill. Grill for 10 - 15 minutes per side,
or until wings are deep golden brown and crisp.
While wings are cooking, combine melted butter and hot sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
Combine all ingredients for dip in food processor or blender. Pulse on high until well combined.
Toss grilled wings in hot sauce and butter and serve with Avocado blue cheese dip, carrots and celery.
