Raspberry and Coconut Oatmeal
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of oats
1 cup of almond milk
1/4 cup of shredded coconut
1/3 cup of raspberries
1 tbsp of maca
Toppings of your choice.
Directions:
1. Bring the milk to the boil over the hob in a small saucepan and then add in your oats, coconut and maca. Cook until the oatmeal has thickened or reached your desired consistency. Approx. 5 mins on a high heat.
2. Pour into a bowl, top with the raspberries and other toppings of your choice.
