Lemon Buttermilk Popsicles
Ingredients:
600 ml buttermilk
250 ml juice of one fresh lemon
1 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
4 table spoons of sweetener
Directions:
1. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together.
2. Taste the mixture and add more honey if desired.
3. Pour in the popsicle mould.
4. If you replacing the plastic popsicle sticks with the wodden one, you can cover the top with a little piece of foil.
5. Place in your freezer for 2 hours or overnight.
