Ham and cheese egg roll-up
Ingredients:
3 ounces cream cheese
4-6 slices ham (any ham of your choice), amount depends on the size per slice
6-8 slices cheese (any cheese of your choice), amount depends on the size per slice
1 cooked egg roll-up (from the base recipe)
Directions:
1. Spread the cream cheese evenly onto the cooked egg.
2. Top with the ham and then the cheese.
3. Roll the egg tightly with the help of the plastic wrap.
4. Tighten the plastic wrap, and leave the roll-up for at least 10 minutes to retain the shape.
5. Carefully unwrap the plastic, and slice the roll-up with a very sharp knife.
