Grilled peaches with creme fraiche and basil


Ingredients:

Peaches
Creme fraiche
Sugar or honey (optional)
Chopped basil

Directions:

1. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pit.
2. Place peaches cut side down on the grill and let cook until grill marks have formed and flesh is slightly softened.
3. Immediately top with a dollop of creme fraiche and some chopped basil.
4. If you want to sweeten the creme fraiche a bit, mix in sugar or honey to taste.
