Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients:

2 scallions
½ green jalapeño pepper
⅔ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup lightly packed cilantro
Juice from 1 lime (2 tablespoons)
⅓ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon honey

Directions:

1. Chop the scallions. Seed and dice the jalapeno pepper.
2. In the bowl of a blender or immersion blender cup, add ⅔ cup Greek yogurt,
3. ½ cup lightly packed cilantro, juice from 1 lime (2 tablespoons), ⅓ cup olive oil,
4. ½ teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon honey. Blend to combine.
5. Transfer to a sealable container; stores in the refrigerator for 1 week.
