Pineapple Ice

Ingredients:
1 Pineapple
2 tbsp Sugar
1 Cup Ice
1 Mint Sprig
Honey

Directions:

1. Trim the skin off of the pineapple, Cut off the head portion and sides and then proceed to remove the hard core.
2. Chop the pineapple into pieces, add sugar and then blend them until smooth.
3. Garnish it with a cup of crushed iced.
4. Drizzle some honey on top and decorate your glass with a fresh mint sprig.
