Corn Salad
Ingredients:Corn (husked and cleaned)
Tomatoes (cut into bite-size pieces)
Onion (diced)
Basil
Olive oil (2 tsp)
Vinegar (1 tsp)
Salt and pepper (as per taste)
Directions:
1. Cook the corn in boiling salted water until it gets desired tenderness. Drain the water, let corns cool and cut off the kernels.
2. Toss all the above mentioned ingredients together in a large bowl.
3. Chill the salad for some time and it’s ready.
