Chocolate Yogurt Truffles
Ingredients:
100g 70% dark chocolate
100g 3% fat Greek-style yogurt
a few drops vanilla essence
cocoa powder to dust
Directions:
1. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of hot water.
2. Allow to cool, then stir in the yogurt, taking care not to over-mix.
3. Allow the mixture to cool, then add the vanilla essence and leave to set, ideally overnight.
4. Using a spoon, take small pieces of the mixture and roll between the palms of your hands into small balls.
5. Place on a tray and dust with cocoa powder. Place in small bags or boxes and tie with ribbon.
These chocolates will keep for one week in the fridge.
