Grilled Turkey Steaks

Ingredients:

2 pounds turkey tenderloins, split lengthwise
1 Cup dry sherry
1/4 Cup fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon grated orange zest
2 Tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Directions:

1. Combine the sherry, lemon juice, orange zest, honey, cloves, mustard, and chili powder in a glass or ceramic dish and mix well.
2. Add the turkey steaks and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
3. Remove turkey from the marinade and char-grill fro about 16 to 18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
