Fruit salad
Ingredients:
200g seedless grapes
1 big red apple, about 300g
1 big green apple, about 300g
Pear, about 200g
100g raisins
10 strawberries
Dressing:
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 ½ tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
Directions:
1. Rinse and clean all fruit with cold water, then pat dry with paper towels.
2. Cut the green apple, red apple and pear into quarters, remove their core, and then cut into bite-size pieces.
3. Transfer all the fruit into a salad bowl and add mayonnaise, honey, and lime juice.
4. Stir well until the dressing nicely coats the fruit.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
6. Scoop the fruit salad into a cocktail glass or ice cream glass and top it with a fresh strawberry and some raisins.
