Cheese Sticks


Ingredients: 
3.5 dl flour
150 g grated cheese
150 g butter
1 egg
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
1 egg for brushing

Directions:

Pour the flour into a mound, and add minced butter, 100 g grated cheese, egg, and seasonings. Chop everything until gritty and press into dough. Put in the refrigerator and let set for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5-6 mm, cut into 1-1,5 cm strips and then into 6-7 cm sticks. Brush with beaten eggs and sprinkle with remaining grated cheese. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
